Good location, however property is in need renovation. Positive: Good location! Walking distance from Castle & Royal Mile, plenty of local restaurants and pubs. Negative: The property did not match the standard shown in the photos and felt quite worn. There was visible dust and marks on the walls throughout, which gave a less-than-clean impression. Noise was also a significant issue, particularly on Friday & Saturday evenings due to a student bar next door. The queue runs right across the entrance to the building, as well as the bedroom windows, making it loud at times.

Lovely spacious apartment. Positive: Everything we needed to cook. Easy walk to the historical centre. Nice area with all amenities. Negative: Nothing, it was great.
